Good morning again! Just seen Ciara’s post below and I dont know what time she ot online at but it must have been early! It’s 8 O clock now and we’ve the best part of an hour to get up and packed and get out before the school has to be returned to normal for tomorrow morning! Our flight is at 7.30 tonight (10.30 Tuesday morning at home), and we arrive back in Dublin 4.30 Wednesday evening irish time (as far as I know not totally sure though).
It’s been a fantastic couple of weeks, and really I don’t know how to finish it off! We’ll all be forever greatful for the kindness shown by the Passionists and the Parishoners of Mount Argus, for giving us the chance to live upside down for a while, and to meet other passionists from around the world. Needless to say there are a few Encounters and Reteats planned for between now and Madrid! We have all made fantastic friends over here, and we will always remember the warm welcome we received from a whole nation. World Youth Day has been a credit to anyone involved at home or overseas.
Not sure what else to say…. I’m off to get dressed and maybe wake some of the others! After a night of laughter and chatter which went on until about quarter to 4 thismorning (and I was one of the first group to surrer to tiredness), it’s goping to be entertaining telling people to get up and dressed as quickly as possible!
I’m assuming this will be the last post before we reach you in Dublin, so once again thanks so so much to everyone for reading, and giving us your support.
Regards,
Dave.

Hi. You probably won’t get to read this until you’re all home – but just wanted to say thanks again for telling the story as it happened.
See you soon…

Thanks for your commitment to the blog. Look at the stats – keep up this quality of writing and one day, you’ll be writing your name on the wall in Easons where the authors write theirs before a big signing.
Your descriptions of events and what you’ve seen have embraced a rare honesty – a talent (among your many) that you have kept well hidden.
I look forward to welcoming you home.
Gerard.
